What kind of products can I find in the webshop?
Our webshop offers fire protection products, such as fire extinguishers, safety signs, and photoluminescent signs.
How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple: select the desired products, add them to your cart, then follow the payment and delivery steps.
Is registration required to make a purchase?
No! You can shop without registration, but we recommend registering so your cart is saved and you can access additional benefits.
Can I purchase as a company?
Yes. When providing billing information, you can choose whether you want an invoice issued to a private person or a company and fill in the relevant details.
What payment methods are available?

How is delivery handled?
We deliver products to your home, and personal pickup is also possible at a pre-arranged time.
Delivery to a parcel point is available only for fire extinguishers with a filling weight of 2 kg or less, depending on the order quantity. Fire extinguishers with a filling weight over 2 kg cannot be shipped to parcel points.
Where and how can I pick up the product personally?
Products can be picked up at 1165 Budapest, Újszász utca 43, at the times indicated in the confirmation email.
How long does it take to ship the package?
We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours at the latest. However, this currently applies only to orders received by Thursday 4 p.m. Orders received after this time are dispatched on Monday. The courier company usually delivers within 1–3 days.
Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes, the warranty period depends on the product’s value:
• For products over 10,000 HUF: 2-year warranty
• For products under 10,000 HUF: 1-year warranty
To validate your warranty claim, please send an email including a description of the issue and a photo showing the defect.
